




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing and scanning documents, verifying data, and preparing lists, identifying pending items and seeking development in the customer service area. Teamwork and focus on document organization. **Responsibilities:** * Organize claim forms alphabetically and by health insurance provider, ensuring easy retrieval and control. * Scan claim forms for digital registration and archiving. * Verify patient ID card data, ensuring information accuracy and compliance. * Prepare claim form lists for process control and tracking. * Review claim forms and flag any pending items for correction and regularization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in developing customer service and client relationship skills; * Ability to work well in a team **We Offer:** Apprenticeship contract; Learning and professional development environment.
