Conduct occupational safety onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel, as well as refresher training for existing employees. Support employees by guiding them on workplace hazards and suggesting control, neutralization, or elimination measures. Forward standards, regulations, documentation, statistical data, analysis and evaluation results, technical and educational support materials, and other dissemination resources to relevant departments and areas for employee awareness and self-development. Distribute and manage PPE provided to employees. GDBR’s history in Itapetininga began in 2012 with land acquisition. In 2013, construction of facilities, procurement of machinery, assembly of production lines, and planning of hiring schedules commenced. Equipment testing and initial hiring started in 2014. Since the early years, numerous reliability, quality, and efficiency tests have been conducted. Following the official inauguration in 2016, we achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2017, continuously enhancing environmental protection and mitigating potential adverse impacts of our production chain on stakeholders and society. In 2020, we obtained ISO 9001 certification, ensuring quality in our products and processes, affirming our status as a world-class supplier focused on customer satisfaction while considering all interested parties.
