If you are a proactive self-starter seeking continuous development, join Alianzo! **Job Description** We are looking for a **CloudOps Engineer** to support, operate, monitor, and evolve the company’s cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and operational efficiency. This professional will be responsible for administering cloud environments, supporting critical operations, implementing operational automations, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and continuously monitoring cloud services — collaborating closely with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and development teams. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * Administer and maintain production cloud environments. * Perform continuous monitoring of infrastructure, services, and applications. * Respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis. * Execute deployments, configuration changes, and maintenance in cloud environments. * Manage computing, storage, networking, and security resources. * Monitor usage and support cost optimization initiatives (FinOps). * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures. * Support operational automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. * Administer Linux and Windows Server environments. * Manage access, identities, and permissions. * Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards. * Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations. * Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and ensure availability. * Collaborate with architecture and development teams to sustain cloud environments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What will we evaluate?** * Experience operating and administering cloud environments. * Knowledge of: AWS; Azure; Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Knowledge of: TCP/IP networking; VPN; Firewall; Load Balancer; DNS; Cloud security * Experience with operating systems: Linux; Windows Server * Knowledge of container technologies: Docker; Kubernetes * Experience with monitoring and observability tools. * Knowledge of automation tools: Terraform; Ansible; Shell Script; PowerShell * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. **Differentiators:** * Cloud certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner; AWS Certified SysOps Administrator; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; OCI Foundations Associate; OCI Architect Associate * Experience in multi\-cloud environments. * Knowledge of FinOps. * Experience with observability tools: Grafana; Prometheus; Zabbix; Datadog * Knowledge of security and compliance. * Experience with infrastructure automation. **Desirable OCI Knowledge:** * OCI Compute * OCI Networking * OCI Object Storage * OCI IAM * OCI Load Balancer * OCI Monitoring * OCI Logging * OCI GoldenGate * OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE) * OCI Bastion * OCI FastConnect and IPSec VPN **What Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals with an **owner mindset**, who believe in the business and drive results.
