Description

**Since 1995, Plotter Racks has developed solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities:** a) Maintain inventory control through appropriate records; b) Record all incoming and outgoing items to facilitate restocking and inventory preparation; c) Verify invoices and register material inflows and outflows; d) Handle incoming invoices, delivery manifests, logistical flow, and receiving activities; e) Organize material storage with assistance from manual pallet jacks and electric forklifts; f) Request material restocking; g) Conduct monthly inventory counts to compare against recorded data; h) Fulfill warehouse requisitions from users, supplying requested materials promptly; i) Receive, register, verify, store, pick, and distribute materials within the warehouse or respective department, and manage material movement between warehouse, production, and construction site inventories; j) Record all incoming and outgoing movements and control inventory levels; k) Operate electric forklifts as needed; l) Assist in unloading trucks; m) Control inventory according to established policies and procedures for each item, based on the specific characteristics of each material, while facilitating its location and handling; n) Maintain electric forklifts in good mechanical working condition, and request maintenance and refueling when necessary; o) Verify, link, and record all supplier invoices in the system; p) Sort materials for return and forward related documentation for required procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Valid forklift operator certification; Experience using barcode scanners.
