**About the Company** We are a well-established law and legal consulting firm with 35 years of market presence, specializing in corporate law with a focus on banking law. **About the Position** Represent the firm and its clients in labor litigation matters, conducting legal analyses, drafting procedural documents, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and monitoring case progress—ensuring legal security and compliance with current legislation. **Responsibilities** * Draft labor procedural documents (petitions, responses, appeals, submissions, among others); * Monitor case progress and meet procedural deadlines; * Attend in-person and virtual labor hearings; * Provide preventive consulting on labor-related matters; * Analyze employment contracts, internal policies, and legal documents; * Draft legal opinions; * Conduct labor negotiations and settlements; * Serve clients and clarify legal questions; * Maintain legal management systems and procedural reports; * Track updates to labor legislation and case law. **Prerequisites** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Knowledge of labor and labor procedural legislation; * Minimum one year of prior experience in this role; **Position: Mid-Level Labor Lawyer** Salary: Please state your salary expectation; Daily allowance: R$ 33.60/day Day off; **Send your resume to: rhadm@barreiraadvogados.com.br** Job type: Freelance / PJ Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2.900,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
