Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: You will be responsible for meeting procedural deadlines, ensuring agility and accuracy in legal deliverables. You will update internal and client systems, contributing to the accuracy and control of case-related information. You will prepare reports and technical opinions, providing strategic input for decision-making. You will communicate with clients via e\-mail, ensuring alignment and transparency regarding their matters. You will also participate in database cleansing and drafting settlement agreements, supporting solutions aimed at effectiveness and conflict resolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration Knowledge of enforcement actions, monitory actions, and debt collection procedures Experience in civil procedure and high-volume litigation Prior experience in credit recovery We Seek Candidates With: Ethics and commitment to innovation; Client-focused approach and assertive communication; Proactivity, attention to detail, and strategic vision; Agility in decision-making and results orientation.
