Feel free to register for all positions of interest; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Carry out, organize, and oversee general legal advisory activities for various institutional departments, supporting the institution on legal matters—both inside and outside court—with the aim of safeguarding the institution’s interests, contributing to achieving revenue, profitability, development, and business expansion goals, supporting actions before governmental agencies, Procon, etc., assisting in contract drafting, advising on contractual clauses, handling labor, civil, traffic, and small-claims disputes, supporting teams in defending the institution’s interests, producing technical and administrative studies and analyses, evaluating alternative options, and making recommendations and/or proposing medium-complexity solutions. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Filing legal documents—including via the PJe system; representing clients in hearings and jury trials at the courts of the Federal District; providing public service and legal consultations to the general population; participating in meetings with other lawyers and coordinators; collaborating as part of a team to advance legal proceedings; and performing all other duties assigned to lawyers under the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Statute. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Law degree with active OAB registration **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM Are you ready to contribute to our purpose of quality and excellence in education?
