We are seeking a professional responsible for coordinating administrative, facilities, and infrastructure activities, ensuring operational efficiency and smooth functioning in compliance with established standards and procedures, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
* Responsible for managing the local team and topics related to facilities, infrastructure, asset security, and warehouse operations. Interface with finance, procurement, and accounting departments.
* Develop and control the departmental budget, aiming to optimize costs while ensuring service quality.
* Negotiate and contract service and material suppliers, securing optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality.
* Monitor licenses, certificates, and applicable regulatory and legal obligations for the terminal.
* Collaborate with corporate departments responsible for processes where local responsibilities may require policy, procedure, or standard modifications.
* Supervise and guide the facilities and infrastructure team, assigning tasks, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
* Implement and monitor departmental performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
* Address user requests and demands, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of internal and external customers.
* Plan and coordinate facility improvement and adaptation projects, aiming to optimize space utilization and modernize equipment.
* Administer administrative and service provision contracts.
* Ensure availability and proper functioning of infrastructure resources such as electricity, water, air conditioning, and communication systems.
* Comply with and promote Santos Brasil’s integrity standards—including policies, procedures, and other guidelines—ensuring ethical conduct aligned with organizational values.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* **Desired Education Level:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree with specialization or postgraduate qualification
* **Desired Field of Study:** Business Administration or related fields

* **Languages:** Advanced/Fluent English
