We have open opportunities for those who believe in more accessible, human-centered, and proximity-based care. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate the team responsible for accrediting healthcare service providers—including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other professionals in the field—ensuring adherence to established deadlines and goals; Evaluate the quality of the provider network by analyzing regional coverage gaps and implementing strategies to optimize the care network; Enhance and maintain strong relationships with providers, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with the organization’s guidelines and policies; Provide support and guidance to the accreditation team; Create and manage performance reports, presenting results and improvement proposals to senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed. Preferred fields: Administration or related health areas. * Solid experience in healthcare provider accreditation and negotiations with medical service providers. * Knowledge of contracts, pricing tables, and healthcare sector regulation; * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; * Organized, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. **Additional Information** Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – hybrid model Location: Av.
