Job Summary: An apprentice is responsible for supporting supermarket operations, including packaging, restocking, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Our apprentices are responsible for supporting activities across supermarket operations. Packaging and bagging goods and products. Assisting customers with inquiries regarding merchandise, products, and services. Restocking sales points with goods and products. **If you enjoy retail, serving others, and helping people, join our team!** **This position is for Store 206 — located in Aparecida, Rua Sólon Pereira, 500 — Jardim Paraíba — SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product storage, verifying required precautions per department. * Supervise preparation and packaging of perishables, ensuring proper labeling and identification of damaged or unsaleable items. * Minimize losses in merchandise, packaging, or labels. * Restock merchandise while maintaining continuous rotation. * Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating genuine interest in assisting customers with questions, facilitating product exchanges, and performing related services. * Provide front-counter assistance for exchanging damaged merchandise, price verification, etc. * Organize merchandise to protect it, facilitate transportation, and optimize use of customer-provided bags. * Package merchandise considering appropriate product classification. * Ensure sufficient supply of bags at checkout counters and match product weight to bag load capacity. * Assist customers in transporting merchandise within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Elementary education completed. * At least 14 years of age. **Behavioral/Technical Competencies** * Initiative * Proactivity * Agility * Courtesy * Interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualification** * Computer literacy course. **Additional Information** **Employment Contract**: Apprentice.
