0804: Backend Developer (Mid-Level)

Job Description We are seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer with solid Java experience to work on strategic software implementation projects. You will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations, connecting the Adobe ecosystem (Workfront, Adobe Fusion, Adobe Experience Manager/Assets) to corporate legacy systems. Responsibilities: * Understand business requirements and processes. * Develop, maintain, and optimize backend integrations. * Design and implement integration workflows between Adobe tools (Workfront, Fusion, Assets) and legacy systems (ERPs, CRMs, etc.). * Develop robust and scalable APIs (Webhooks, REST API). * Configure and structure taxonomy, metadata, folder and digital asset organization, and permissions. * Participate in the full development lifecycle—from technical design and data mapping to deployment and post-implementation support. * Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. * Identify and resolve performance and security bottlenecks in integrations. * Continuously analyze and improve application performance. * Actively participate in planning meetings and code reviews. * Write technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions. * Ensure delivery quality and stability. Requirements and Skills (Hard Skills) * Proven backend development experience of at least 2 years, including customer-facing projects. * Solid hands-on experience with Java (versions 8+). * Practical knowledge of system integration and messaging patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar queuing systems). * Experience with APIs (creation and consumption), JSON, XML, and Web Services. * Proficiency with version control using Git. * Implementation of HttpServlet. * Strong object-oriented programming practices. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
