Working with top-tier product lines in the market and providing personalized service to each client, we have built a solid foundation for success in this industry. **Job Opportunity: Warehouse Clerk** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (completed or currently pursuing) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of units of measurement **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive materials delivered to the company, cross-checking invoices against system purchase orders; verify quantities, agreed values, quality, and other specifications. * In cases of procurement non-conformities, segregate affected materials and notify the responsible department to contact the supplier. * Dispatch materials according to the Picking Order and attach the corresponding invoice. * Request collection of invoiced products as needed. * Identify and assign storage locations for products. * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability, considering each material’s specific characteristics, while facilitating location and handling. * Maintain inventory control through appropriate records, logging all incoming and outgoing items to support timely replenishment and inventory preparation. * Conduct semi-annual physical inventory counts jointly with the team. * Respond promptly to internal user requests by supplying required materials and parts in a timely manner. * Keep your workstation clean and organized at all times. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or professional training courses in related fields. * Technical course in Mechatronics. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 400.00 * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Volus Health Card * Dental plan * Co-payment Unimed health plan Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from BRL 2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
