The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Develop talent by fostering teamwork to cultivate an organizational climate conducive to collaboration and mutual support.**Job Description:***Your Day\-to\-Day* * Responsible for building the operational logistics plan for the LM Transportation area through direct contact with interface departments involved in the logistics process, to ensure alignment of expectations, optimal availability and utilization of operational capacity, and development of solutions for identified deviations; * Responsible for developing the operational control structure, supporting the accurate execution of operational activities based on information derived from operational planning; * Ensure evaluation of critical operational processes, aiming to reduce operational losses and implement corrective actions to minimize impacts on the logistics chain; * Identify, plan, and facilitate technical and behavioral training initiatives for team management and development, fostering a workplace grounded in communication, respect, cooperation, and continuous pursuit of innovation and knowledge; * Provide recommendations regarding salary adjustments (merit increases and promotions, as well as hires and terminations) for your team, based on individual assessments of responsibilities, competencies, and potential—ensuring compensation aligns with team performance; * Identify, prioritize, plan, and coordinate improvement projects using project control and management tools, engaging the team and evaluating progress indicators to ensure strong operational performance and continuous improvement of existing processes. **Requirements:***What You Need to Take on This Challenge* * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Master’s degree or MBA (completed or in progress) preferred; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; * Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools; * Black Belt certification preferred; * Intermediate to Advanced English; * Prior experience as a manager or specialist in operations planning, with solid knowledge of process engineering is desirable. *Benefits* * Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Commuter allowance, mobility allowance, or on\-site parking; * Flexible benefits; * Zenklub; * Discretionary annual bonus tied to performance. **JOIN US IN MAKING HISTORY.****WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE MAKES US BETTER!** N\-A50
