Job Summary: The Technical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in technical maintenance, controlling and monitoring maintenance services. Key Highlights: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture The Technical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction regarding technical maintenance repairs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct unit inspections upon customer request and scheduling by the ERC; * Provide a list of required services to the companies that will perform the maintenance services (Request quotations via e\-mail); * Monitor ongoing maintenance services, verifying required materials and working conditions, and requesting necessary materials for service execution; * Supervise maintenance service execution to meet predefined deadlines and quality standards; * Approve service completion; * Collect the customer's signature on the service acceptance form upon service completion; * Send one copy of the service acceptance form to the ERC, scan and attach it to the CRM within the request; * Record service closure in the system for the submitted form; * Monitor recurring requests and take actions to prevent recurrence; * Monitor pending acceptance forms and take actions to regularize the system; * Other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Experience in Technical Maintenance **Additional Information** * Wellhub * Meal allowance (VR) or food allowance (VA) of R$ 32.00/day * Birthday day off * PPLR * Partnerships with Educational Institutions **Find your place with us.** -----------------------------------
