Join us in transforming lives through Education and Work! **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Deliver theoretical training for the apprenticeship program; * Organize logistics for theoretical training: physical space, equipment, etc.; * Provide support to apprentices, parents/legal guardians, and companies on matters related to apprenticeship—individually or in groups; * Prepare activities for theoretical training; attend to apprenticeship and internship audiences; * Open internship and apprenticeship opportunities in the integrated system; register students, companies, educational institutions, and other partners; * Refer young people/students to internship and apprenticeship positions; * Keep all information updated in the system and in physical documents related to implemented programs; * Perform other support activities for the Regional Office. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Knowledge of pedagogy; * Prior experience working with youth; * Previous classroom teaching experience. **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours (7.5-hour workday, including a 1.5-hour lunch break); * Medical and dental plans; * Fuel allowance/parking at the workplace or transportation voucher (VT); * Meal allowance (VA) or food voucher (VR); * Education assistance for you and your children; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Funeral assistance. The Paraná Company-School Integration Center (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967. It originated from an initiative by a group of educators and entrepreneurs concerned about the mismatch between professional training and students’ readiness to enter the workforce. Since 1967, CIEE/PR has worked to integrate youth into the labor market. Through apprenticeship and internship programs, capacity-building and citizenship courses, and social programs, the institution contributes to the economic and social development of the state. With 39 operational units distributed across all regions of Paraná, CIEE/PR serves an average of 30,000 interns and 5,600 apprentices monthly and has received approximately 30 Public Utility titles. It holds dozens of registrations with Municipal Councils for Children and Adolescent Rights and Municipal Councils for Social Assistance—essential conditions to fulfill its mission of strengthening human and social development.
