If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform pre-delivery commissioning of the development; * Post-delivery, assist in defining activities based on the issue reported in the service request and verified during the technical site inspection to ensure proper execution of warranty-covered services; * Assist in selecting tools, equipment, materials, and labor required for proper service execution and optimal cost-efficiency; * Monitor deadlines for open service requests to ensure customer satisfaction; * Prepare competitive bidding documents for large repair services, involving a minimum of three suppliers; * Assume accountability for costs, timelines, and quality of executed services; * Coordinate with the Administrative Department to ensure proper recording of invoices generated by third-party repairs; * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
