Job Summary: Manage and supervise daily operations at a construction site, ensuring project execution, adherence to deadlines and safety regulations, as well as leading and motivating the team. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and on-site guidance at construction sites 2. Technical supervision of construction activities 3. Time, material, and problem-solving management **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** Guide skilled workers and laborers during their work shifts by assigning tasks aligned with each role. Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with the client-provided project plan until completion, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines. Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations on the construction site. **OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assign daily tasks, organize team members, and monitor productivity and discipline on-site. Supervise technical activities (foundations, masonry, infrastructure, finishing), ensuring all work complies with project specifications and quality standards. Request materials, control input/output of supplies, and oversee maintenance and usage of machinery and tools. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (PPEs/collective protective equipment), maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite. Report daily progress, deviations, and technical issues to the engineering team and supervisors. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND VALUES APPLIED IN THIS ROLE:** Ability to motivate, guide, and resolve conflicts with team members Efficient time and material management.
