If you are a PCD and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow-Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story!* **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Technical support for alarm systems, CCTV, VMS, routers, networks, intercoms, etc.; * Technical support to Segurpro’s operational teams; * Technical support to field teams; * Technical support to commissioning teams; * Monitor and evaluate results using KPIs, suggesting and implementing improvements; * Preparation of management reports and dashboards; * Conducting online and in-person training; * Ensuring the company’s continuous technical learning; * Reporting progress of requested services to immediate supervisors via reports, KPIs, and spreadsheets. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Academic background in engineering or technical education, mechatronics, electronics, or IT-related fields (systems analysis, networking, computer science, etc); * Technical experience in areas such as CCTV, access control, alarm panels (DSC, ViaWeb, Intelbras, Rokonet, etc), VoIP (intercom), IP networks, routers, switches, audio systems, etc; * Knowledge of electricity and electronics; * Familiarity with VMS, e.g., Genetec, Digifort, Milestone, Scati, Intelex, etc; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of communication protocols; * English and Spanish (technical level); * Flexible availability; * Residence in Campinas/SP. **WORK LOCATION:** CAMPINAS \- SP
