Job Summary: Manage and supervise PCM routines and team, control costs, monitor performance, and plan maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and monitoring of maintenance shutdowns **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Solid knowledge of PCM (Asset management, development of preventive plans, monitoring and KPIs, and scheduling). * Familiarity with Datasul System is desirable. * Prior experience in this role is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily management of PCM department routines, ensuring execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. • Supervise the PCM team, monitoring performance, goals, deadlines, and deliverables, promoting continuous development and high performance. • Control maintenance department and rewinding workshop costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to the approved budget. * Monitor rewinding workshop performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliveries. • Plan and monitor maintenance shutdowns, minimizing operational impact and maximizing equipment availability. • Monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results and proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure scheduling and tracking of work orders, prioritizing requests based on criticality and operational needs. **BENEFITS:** * Performance-based bonus. * On-site cafeteria. * Educational incentives. * Health insurance (50% company-funded) * WELLHUB\- Workplace health and wellness program.
