A professional to supervise and coordinate the procurement team, with direct involvement in operational activities, aiming at cost optimization, supplier management, and continuous process improvement.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Level:** Supervision/Coordination
**Employment Type:** Not Specified* *Hands-on* \- regularly perform Buyer-level tasks to reduce the direct workload on the procurement department and ensure rapid response to other company departments.
* Supervise the procurement team to meet internal customers' demands with optimal cost/benefit ratio and shortest possible response time;
* Lead the team across various procurement activities, developing each team member, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company Normative Instructions and policies;
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for area control and management, reporting to senior leadership, and implementing action plans if deviations require correction;
* Monitor supplier market indicators to anticipate trends and establish procurement strategies;
* Continuously improve payment terms with suppliers;
* Ensure H2F's competitiveness in material and service procurement to enhance margins, and implement projects to reduce costs/waste;
* Manage suppliers regarding financial, service delivery, reputation, and ethical risks, incorporating performance and sustainability indicators;
* Evaluate current processes and propose improvements to accelerate and streamline demand fulfillment reliably and consistently;
* Manage departmental headcount costs, if requested.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree completed: Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or Finance.
Postgraduate degree and/or MBA (preferred): Procurement/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance.
* Negotiation skills and experience.
* Experience as a Buyer.
* Experience in a management role.
* Knowledge of contract management.
* Financial knowledge (Income Statement, taxes, duties, etc.).
* Understanding of how political and economic decisions (e.g., SELIC rate, exchange rates, taxes, etc.) impact material and service procurement.
* Supplier management.
* Experience with ERP and Power BI management tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel.
