We are a digital transformation and innovation consulting firm, and we seek a Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer to join us on this journey. Here are the experiences and skills you’ll need to accelerate and transform with us: We seek an SRE Engineer with a strong DevOps foundation to operate in high-criticality, highly available, and large-scale environments, supporting cloud-native platforms and continuous delivery pipelines. The role’s focus is to ensure reliability, performance, and automation, enabling squads to deliver software at high frequency without compromising service stability. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines * Provision and maintain infrastructure on GCP using Terraform and Ansible * Operate and scale Kubernetes environments (GKE) * Define, implement, and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets * Establish observability, alerting, and APM (Dynatrace is a plus) * Collaborate closely with squads to promote best practices in platform engineering and reliability Requirements: * Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Proficiency in Kubernetes (GKE) and Docker * Solid experience with Terraform and Ansible * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) * Linux environment administration * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) Expected Profile * Ability to operate autonomously in critical environments * Clear technical communication with developers and stakeholders * Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks Benefits Meal voucher Food allowance Remote work allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Discount partnerships Agreements with establishments and educational institutions Recurring agility training Verity Break \#VerityWithYou Live Engage
