We are hiring a **Senior Process Engineer** for the Monroe® Ride Solutions business unit, headquartered in Mogi Mirim/SP, Brazil.
**Key responsibilities**
Design and implement new welding processes and equipment; ensure technical compliance and quality standards based on applicable regulations; act as an interface between departments to optimize manufacturing flow; lead continuous improvement and operational cost reduction projects; perform quotations for new products and implement manufacturing projects; and conduct improvement actions using tools such as PFMEA and PDCA.
**What will make you successful?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Control & Automation or Electronics)
* Specific welding inspection certifications (N1 or N2)\.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with ability to read technical documents and communicate effectively in conversation.
**Required:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Welding Process Engineering, with strong technical expertise in joining processes and development of new welding equipment and fixtures.
**Preferred:**
* Practical experience in Industrial Painting processes (KTL, powder or liquid).
* Experience in Industrial Assembly Lines and integration of production cells.
* Knowledge of ABB robotic applications.
