We are seeking a Senior SRE Analyst who will be responsible for understanding internal customers' needs to design and develop optimal solutions. Your role will focus on implementing and maintaining system reliability and availability strategies, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's technology operations. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with product development and operations teams to optimize infrastructure, automate processes, and monitor service health. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure implementation and maintenance of system reliability and availability strategies. * Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in production environments. * Develop and implement automation of processes and system monitoring. * Participate in post-mortem creation. * Define, create, and analyze metrics for infrastructure stack services and applications. * Contribute to and promote SRE culture and related activities. * Respond to critical incidents. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). * Solid experience with monitoring tools and observability practices (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry). * Solid experience with automation tools such as IaC (Terraform, Ansible). * Solid experience with microservice architectures in cloud environments. * Experience with shell scripting and programming languages (Bash, Shell, Python, Go). * Experience creating SLI/SLOs. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience with API gateways (Kong Gateway). * Experience with messaging services. * Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Experience with OpenStack and Rancher environments. * Prior experience working within development teams. **Desired Qualifications:** Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Experience with Incus, LXC, and LXD environments. Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information:** * On-call rotation participation. * Remote work. * Working hours and modality (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, fully remote).
