The challenge involves complex domains such as NFS\-e, taxes, tax rates, and fiscal rules, requiring strong technical capability to translate these rules into simple, scalable, and resilient solutions for end users. This is an opportunity for professionals seeking high impact, working on a large-scale platform with technical autonomy, close collaboration with Product and Design teams, and room to lead architectural decisions and technological evolution. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Serving as the technical reference for defining and evolving the software architecture (microservices, APIs, frontend, and backend), ensuring scalability, resilience, and interoperability. * Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members, promoting continuous development and engineering best practices. * Leading the adoption of AI practices across the development lifecycle to improve efficiency, quality, and performance of deliverables. * Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to translate complex user journeys into clear and effective technical solutions. * Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to the platform, including infrastructure, code, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring. * Ensuring the evolution of event-driven architecture, supporting decomposition and integration among microservices. * Supporting technical and product leadership in defining the technical roadmap, prioritizing technical debt aligned with business objectives. **What you need:** * Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin for backend development. * Practical experience with microservice architecture, APIs, and distributed systems. * Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and with Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as distributed caching systems. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD practices. * Ability to translate complex technical and functional requirements into clear, well-structured solutions. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience in fiscal, tax, financial, or regulatory domains (e.g., NFS\-e, taxes, billing, ERP). * Frontend experience with Vue 2 and Vue 3\. * Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or similar). * Experience applying AI practices throughout the development lifecycle, such as supporting requirement definition, testing, automation, or code analysis. * Experience in platform modernization or legacy system migration projects. * Knowledge of Spec\-Driven Development or similar approaches.
