### **Join South System and take off!** We are looking for a Senior .Net Developer to board our spaceship and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Perform **analysis and development of solutions** using .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies. * Actively participate in **discussions with business teams**, contributing to defining the best strategy for delivering results. * Develop and maintain critical applications of the Agency platform, ensuring **high availability, performance, and security**. * **Support junior developers**, promoting engineering best practices, coding standards, and technical quality. * Support **delivery leaders**, contributing technical insights, estimates, solution modeling, and validation. * Work in an agile environment, collaborating with the Squad to enable continuous, customer-aligned deliveries. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with **.NET Framework**. * Experience with **.NET Core** and API development. * Strong **systems analysis** capability and understanding of solution architecture. * Experience in complex, highly critical environments (preferably financial). * Proficiency in concepts such as: Object-oriented programming, coding best practices (SOLID, Clean Code), integrations, and services. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (desirable). * Experience with agile methodologies. * Ability to communicate **clearly** and interact effectively with technical and business teams. * Collaborative mindset and willingness to **mentor less experienced professionals**. * Proactivity in problem solving and proposing improvements. * Systemic vision and ability to operate in critical, high-responsibility environments. **Benefits that make a difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, selected and curated by the Business Partner team with guidance and curation. * **Remote work allowance** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
