The **RevOps** team needs someone—and we want you on board! **Your mission?** Support the RevOps team with a focus on data, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence—building a single source of truth and developing analytical and technological solutions to accelerate the revenue team. **Your day-to-day at Skeelo will look like this:** * Ensure revenue data quality by integrating HubSpot, billing, contracts, and engagement into a unified, actionable database; * Build and manage integrations between tools (via API and custom code); * Analyze performance, map hypotheses, identify bottlenecks in workflows, and propose automation and continuous improvements; * Develop internal AI-powered tools—organizing sprints, validating solutions with internal and external stakeholders; * Maintain technical health of the area by resolving issues in dashboards and data pipelines. **To succeed, you’ll need:** * Solid Python and SQL skills for analysis and automation; * Knowledge of data manipulation and ETL logic; * Databricks: comfort working in the environment (SQL/PySpark in notebooks, maintaining existing pipelines); * Practical familiarity with applied AI: RAG (embeddings and vector search), integration with LLM APIs, and agent development—hands-on implementation matters more than theory; * Comfort operating cloud services (AWS): EC2 (application deployment and maintenance, SSH access, scheduled jobs), S3, and basic IAM/credentials understanding; * Experience with HubSpot (custom objects, workflows, API integration); * Experience with analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau); * Advanced English for conversation. **It would be great if you also had:** * Experience in B2B enterprise RevOps and familiarity with the MEDDPICC methodology; * Prior experience in formal Data Engineering projects (modeling, orchestration, infrastructure); * Intermediate Spanish. **And the benefits?
