We are seeking a **Reliability Supervisor** to join our Industrial Maintenance team at the Destivale plant, located in Araçatuba - SP. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Coordinate predictive and lubrication team activities, providing technical support and training; * Manage activities related to static industrial asset integrity, including scheduling and execution of inspections and repairs; * Optimize maintenance plans, analyze failures (RFRACAS), develop loss profiles, and manage KPIs to maximize productivity and reduce maintenance costs; * Oversee SSMA processes (work permits, training, safety tours, OPI) for the predictive and lubrication teams; * Act as a cultural change agent within the unit, safeguarding reliability and integrity processes and current standards, executing, certifying, and auditing them. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in reliability/maintenance engineering is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is a plus; * Experience in Industrial Reliability: Predictive techniques; Industrial lubrication; Root cause failure analysis (RCA); Asset management; Life data analysis; * Experience with RCM and FMEA; * Knowledge of static equipment inspection techniques is desirable; * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams; * Willingness to relocate to the Araçatuba - SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
