Ensure the company’s positive first impression by identifying visitors, directing them to the correct departments, and providing information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Answer calls, screen and route them to appropriate departments or individuals, and take messages when necessary. * Manage visitor flow by properly recording entries and exits. * Direct customers to the department they are seeking. * Organize documents relevant to the reception area. * Provide basic company information to customers and visitors and resolve common inquiries. * Ensure the reception area is always clean and presentable. * Assist with daily tasks in other departments when required. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience in customer service. **Skills:** * Proactive individual who consistently seeks solutions to support colleagues and customers. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong communication skills and flexibility in interacting with diverse individuals. * Calm demeanor and ability to handle adverse situations.
