We value compassion, warm reception, and respect for patients, offering an organized, humanized, and professional environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and digital-channel customer service * Patient reception and guidance * Scheduling and confirmation of appointments and examinations * Document and medical record organization * Support for front-desk administrative routines * Ensuring friendly, prompt, and excellent service **Requirements:** * Availability of schedule (6 hours per day) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity and organizational ability * Willingness to acquire new knowledge * Currently enrolled in high school or undergraduate studies. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 800.00 \- High school or technical education \| R$ 1000.00 \- Undergraduate studies * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday.
