Job Summary: Rack-and-pinion hoist operator responsible for safely lifting, moving, and positioning materials, performing inspections and basic maintenance, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency. Work as a team to ensure an efficient and safe workflow EXPERIENCE AS A RACK-AND-PINION HOIST OPERATOR. Must reside in Indaiatuba Job Description: * Operate the rack-and-pinion hoist to lift, move, and position materials at construction sites, following safety standards and operational procedures. * Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safe operation, identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs. Perform basic maintenance tasks as required. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and application of safety procedures during equipment operation. * Collaborate with other construction or operations team members to ensure an efficient and safe workflow, clearly communicating load movements, lifting requirements, and other relevant information. * Work within established deadlines to ensure timely completion of lifting and material handling operations, maintaining worksite productivity.
