They are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting internal and external data to generate strategic intelligence that supports senior management and business units in **decision-making**, **opportunity identification**, and **risk anticipation** within the competitive environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Monitoring and Information Collection** * Continuously research and monitor the market, customers, suppliers, and competitors. * Gather data from primary sources (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and secondary sources (reports, media, public and private databases). * Conduct scanning and analysis of sectoral, technological, and economic trends impacting the business. * Ensure the timeliness and quality of information stored in databases and intelligence systems. **2\. Data Analysis and Processing** * Process and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data, transforming\-them into relevant insights. * Develop comparative market analyses covering pricing, market share, and competitive performance. * Use Business Intelligence (BI) and statistical analysis tools to generate reports, dashboards, and scenarios. * Apply analytical methodologies such as SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, and benchmarking. **3\. Report Production and Intelligence Dissemination** * Develop strategic reports, market bulletins, and executive presentations for managers. * Translate complex data into clear, actionable, and decision-oriented information. * Support marketing, planning, sales, and innovation teams with evidence-based studies and recommendations. **4\. Strategic Management Support** * Contribute to the company’s strategic planning through scenario analysis and market projections. * Identify opportunities for new businesses, segments, and partnerships. * Anticipate potential competitive threats and propose action plans. **5\. Integration and Continuous Improvement** * Collaborate with other departments to define market performance indicators and targets. * Participate in implementing and optimizing BI tools and CRM systems. * Continuously seek new data sources and methodologies to enhance the intelligence process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management, or related fields; * Experience in handling and resolving operational cases; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of projects and agile methodology; * Knowledge of process mapping; * Knowledge of market analysis and consumer behavior.
