Knowledge of construction processes and technical standards. **Job Description** RG Empreendimentos seeks a committed, organized, and experienced **Construction Site Supervisor** with solid civil construction background to oversee daily construction site activities. This professional will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring adherence to deadlines, supervising service quality, and guaranteeing that all project phases proceed according to plan. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and coordinate work teams on the construction site. * Assign tasks and guide staff in accordance with the physical schedule. * Control service execution, ensuring quality and productivity. * Monitor measurements, verifying quantities and completed stages. * Request materials and manage inventory of required supplies. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Report daily progress of the project to the responsible engineer. * Supervise outsourced services and ensure their delivery meets company standards. * Verify drawing interpretation and guide the team regarding specifications. * Contribute to an organized, safe, and collaborative work environment. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role. * Knowledge of construction processes, drawing interpretation, and technical standards. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Organizational skills and planning vision. * Completed high school education (Technical course in Civil Construction preferred). **Advantages** * Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects. * Knowledge of quality control and measurement procedures. **Benefits** (To be adjusted according to RG Empreendimentos’ offerings) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Other benefits Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.031,44 \- R$5\.070,86 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
