




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the schedule and CRM, preparing budgets and projects, and organizing technical materials for the projects department. Key Highlights: 1. Appointment and CRM management, project and client tracking 2. Preparation of budgets and projects, with continuous follow-up 3. Organization and archiving of technical materials and product catalogs Responsible for keeping the schedule and CRM up to date, recording and tracking actions of the projects department, as well as visits conducted by clients and representatives. Engages in budget and project preparation, continuously monitoring the status and progress of each request. Also responsible for organizing and archiving catalogs, brochures, and other technical materials related to products sold by the projects department, ensuring easy access to updated technical information and data. Performs other related duties as required by the organization and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering or Administration; * AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, SketchUp; * Product development.
