Critical analysis of results and process improvements Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or related field; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Prior experience in team coordination is desirable; * Availability for on-site work in Dourado. Coordinate and control the execution of action plans and processes established by management. Coordinate activities and teams within your area of responsibility and are accountable for operational planning and achieved results. Coordinate and monitor activities inherent to the company's production sectors, including manufacturing methods and processes, aiming to achieve established production targets. Coordinate all activities pertaining to the Production area. Identify and assess the need to adjust pre-established production scheduling, sector capacity, and actual output performance, as well as verify production load and inventory coverage. Be responsible for analyzing and approving production orders. Perform production scheduling-related tasks, such as: machine load calculations, assessment of labor requirements, identification of possibilities and/or needs for preventive and corrective maintenance, line balancing, and other relevant items. Be responsible for machine stoppages, as well as for issuing periodic productivity reports, machine downtime reports, and natural resource consumption reports. Eliminate potential product deviations. Carry out activities related to developing improvement projects within the area. Participate in various types of departmental meetings. Critically analyze results achieved by the area and implement necessary course corrections. 2512280202491886588
