Job Summary: A professional responsible for mapping, documenting, and reviewing organizational processes; identifying improvements; auditing compliance; and monitoring action plans to strengthen the control culture. Strengthen the culture of processes and controls Map, document, and review organizational processes (flowcharts, work instructions, manuals, and procedures). * Identify improvement opportunities, propose optimizations, and monitor implementation of changes. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and internal controls. * Assess operational risks and recommend preventive actions. * Analyze performance indicators and prepare management reports. * Monitor action plans, ensuring deadlines and effectiveness of corrective measures. * Support departments in standardizing activities and routines. * Monitor non-conformities and guide teams on best execution practices. * Contribute to strengthening the culture of processes and controls within the organization. Desirable: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in processes, internal audit, or quality. * Knowledge of process mapping tools (BPMN, flowcharts). * Proficiency in KPIs, data analysis, and internal controls. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and systemic vision. * Preferred: Experience in retail, store audits, or continuous improvement implementation.
