Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, tracking performance, analyzing variances, and proposing action plans for management. Key Highlights: 1. Management support through managerial reports and presentations. * A new concept of Hub that helps people connect with businesses through solutions and ideas, attracting customers resulting from relationship-building with unified objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor project, contract, and operational schedules; * Monitor activity performance using indicators (KPIs); * Analyze deviations between planned and actual results, proposing action plans; * Develop managerial reports and presentations to support management; * Support budget preparation, forecasts, and operational plans; * Control project and contract resources, deadlines, and costs; * Participate in follow-up and alignment meetings with involved departments; * Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvement; * Ensure updates to planning databases and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in planning, control, and indicator analysis. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is desirable. * Project management knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: BRL 24.00 per day; * Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance; * Health Plan via Adhesion; * Dental Plan via Adhesion; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Total Pass. **HowBe** is a Brazilian technology company specializing in integrating digital solutions for enterprises seeking innovation, operational efficiency, and technological transformation.
