We are hiring a **Painter** to work on civil construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, applying filler and sealer); * Apply paints, varnishes, textures, and other coatings on walls, ceilings, facades, metal structures, and other surfaces; * Perform finishing touches, touch-ups, and paint corrections; * Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure service quality; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques; * Meticulousness, organization, and attention to detail; * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork; * Availability to work on construction sites.
