This position is for the **Checklist Fácil** product. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and enhance features in the **backend (PHP/Laravel)** and **frontend (Angular)**, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. * Actively contribute to the **platform's architectural evolution**, including backend, frontend, and integrations, with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions. * Design, implement, and evolve **RESTful APIs**, considering versioning, security, and industry best practices. * Work on **data modeling and persistence**, handling both relational and non-relational databases, with attention to performance and consistency. * Develop and maintain **asynchronous processing** solutions, queues, and jobs, managing concurrency and high-volume data. * Work on **multi-tenant architecture**, ensuring data isolation, security, and scalability per company. * Implement and maintain **automated tests** for backend and frontend, promoting quality and reliability. * Practice **Spec-Driven Development (SDD)**, contributing to clear, technically aligned specifications. * Apply **Artificial Intelligence in development**, both to increase productivity and to build AI-powered features. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a **Senior Full Stack Developer**, with PHP (Laravel) and Angular (TypeScript). * Proficiency in **modern architectures**, coding best practices, and incremental evolution of legacy systems. * Experience with **database modeling**, query optimization, and data persistence. * Hands-on experience with **asynchronous processing**, queues, messaging, and distributed systems. * Experience with **REST APIs**, authentication, authorization, and system integration. * Strong command of **automated testing**, Git version control, code review, and CI/CD. * Experience with **multi-tenant architecture** or large-scale SaaS systems. * Ability to work with **autonomy, initiative, and technical accountability**. * Strong technical communication skills and ability to **support and develop other team members**. * Interest and experience using **AI applied to software development** and specification-driven engineering (SDD). **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Anywhere Office — 100% remote. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Home office allowance; * Profit Sharing and Results Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * GoGood | Conexa; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core values is appreciation for people, and we proudly state that we are a company that supports diversity and inclusion.
