Job Summary: This role supports the development of elementary school students by assisting in the preparation of pedagogical materials and promoting bilingual immersion within a safe environment. In a safe and stimulating environment, we prepare students for a globalized future, combining best practices from Canadian education with Brazilian curriculum guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Support and monitor** the development of Elementary and Middle School students during classroom activities; * **Actively collaborate** in organizing, preparing, and creating innovative pedagogical materials; * **Promote bilingual immersion**, participating in 100% English interactions with students and encouraging daily use of the language; * **Work flexibly**, providing dynamic support to different classes and teachers as required by the school’s daily routine; * **Contribute to maintaining** a safe, welcoming, organized, and stimulating learning environment for children. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pedagogy, Languages, or other teacher training courses; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (will be tested); * Passion for education and working with children; * Proactivity, dynamism, and excellent communication skills. **Additional Information** * Totalpass * Meal Allowance; * Fuel Allowance; * Secure Parking; * SESC Membership; * Rest Room; * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); * Snacks available all day and fruits on Mondays; * Birthday Day Off.
