Your core mission will be to drive the evolution of our monitoring system, manage incidents, and provide agile response to high-criticality and high-impact alerts and tickets. You will ensure real-time stability of our services, collaborating to detect and resolve anomalies with excellence. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as process efficiency, delivery quality, applied innovation, cloud cost management, cloud service optimization, development and maintenance of core engineering products, and quality and implementation—helping Certta grow securely, autonomously, and excellently. **What You’ll Do** * 12/36 Monitoring: Continuously monitor production environments under a 12/36 shift schedule, ensuring uninterrupted oversight of system health. * Critical Incident Response: Act as first responder for high-priority incidents, executing runbooks and escalating as needed to minimize downtime. * Alert Management: Triage, validate, and handle alerts generated by monitoring tools, ensuring irrelevant notifications are filtered and real issues receive immediate attention. * Observability Improvement: Identify gaps in system visibility and suggest continuous improvements to dashboards and metrics to optimize failure detection. * Observability: Configure CloudWatch monitoring dashboards and advanced alerts to detect any performance anomaly before it impacts customers. * Process Refinement: Collaborate on updating technical documentation and incident response processes to increase operational efficiency of the NOC team. * Technical Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between Development and Operations teams, helping disseminate DevOps culture and cloud best practices across Certta. * Success Rate Monitoring: Monitor system success rate dashboards to identify performance deviations in real time. **What You Bring** * Incident Management * + Practical experience in incident management processes and problem resolution in production environments. * Performance Metrics * + Familiarity with operational metrics such as MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery) and MTTA (Mean Time To Acknowledge), plus proficiency in DORA Metrics and the 4 Golden Signals (Latency, Traffic, Errors, and Saturation). * Communication Under Pressure * + Assertive communication and team coordination skills—essential for the Incident Commander role. * Observability Tools * + Additional experience with AWS visualization and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, System Manager). **More About You** * Availability to work the 12/36 shift, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM; * You value diversity, inclusion, and respect; * You are proactive, eager to learn quickly, and unafraid of challenges; * You balance execution with strategic thinking; * You embrace our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Accountability, People First, and Execution Focus; * Business Acumen: Strong business understanding (focused on ensuring customer success). **What We Offer** At Certta, we believe work goes beyond the job description—it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where every person has room to grow.
