Leadership support Execution of layout marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum formwork for concrete walls. Initial assembly follows apartment color coding and numbering; corners and two panels are prepared first—apply form release agent, then install pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; subsequent panels are installed strictly according to numbering until all walls are enclosed. Install EQLS (radies and pins) to begin ceiling formwork assembly. Install ceiling panels (FL) per project modular layout, and immediately brace the ceiling with props. Use wall-mounted faquetas to assemble the exterior, then install camisinhas and proceed with facade assembly. After facade assembly, install cycle panels (CPCD) and small posts to erect the perimeter system; apply form release agent onto the slab. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** No literacy requirement; leadership support provided
