Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Machine Adjuster to ensure equipment operation and production efficiency at a leading company in the medical-hospital sector. We are looking for committed and detail-oriented professionals to work as **Machine Adjusters**, ensuring proper equipment operation and directly contributing to production efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform setup, calibration, and fine-tuning of production machines, ensuring proper equipment operation according to technical specifications and established quality standards; * Interpret technical data sheets, engineering drawings, and production orders to appropriately configure mechanical parameters; * Carry out mechanical adjustments to meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards; * Identify premature wear, misalignments, and potential component failures during adjustments; * Support preventive maintenance by reporting anomalies detected during equipment handling; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing setup time, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing process reliability; * Conduct functional tests after adjustments to ensure equipment release for production; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment, tools, and the work area; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety regulations per internal procedures; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics * Relevant work experience in this role * Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity. **Work Schedule:** Flexible availability required. **Desirable:** * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance; * Experience in an industrial environment; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.495,06 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * Do you have easy access to Itupeva-SP? * Do you have experience with setup and calibration of industrial machines? * Are you available to work from 12:48 PM to 10:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM?
