We are looking for a Junior Front\-End Developer to join Ollie’s International Division! We are already present in Mexico and Colombia and are actively expanding into new markets. You will help us ensure faster, responsive, and optimized websites, support global campaigns, and improve user experiences across different countries. If you master HTML and CSS, have JavaScript knowledge, and wish to grow alongside a Brazilian brand conquering the world, this role is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Monitor and optimize website performance, e.g., reducing loading times and resolving speed-related issues. Accelerate the creation of customized landing pages on Shopify for global campaigns. Implement A/B tests to optimize user experience and boost conversions. Make rapid front\-end adjustments—fixing bugs and improving usability across multiple languages and regions. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate lightweight back\-end solutions and translate insights into actionable outcomes. Report project progress and e\-commerce metrics. Monitor and optimize front\-end code to ensure efficiency, responsiveness, and international scalability. **Who you are:** Analytical ability to interpret user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. **What we’re looking for:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Design, or related fields. Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript (solid knowledge is considered a strong advantage). Experience in responsive and mobile\-first development. Intermediate English (technical reading proficiency). **Nice-to-haves:** Experience with Shopify or interest in learning the Liquid templating language. Basic knowledge of API integration and interface problem-solving. Interest in optimization tools and A/B testing (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.).
