You will serve as the bridge between our technology and our customers' success, focusing on critical analysis, problem resolution, and user experience. **Mandatory Requirements** \- Academic Qualification: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines); \- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with emphasis on interpersonal relationships; \- Analytical Profile: Ability to investigate incidents and propose efficient solutions; \- Teamwork: Collaborative and proactive mindset. ***Responsibilities and Duties*** \- Provide specialized technical support to users of our management systems; \- Analyze and triage requests, ensuring that inquiries are addressed with usability as a priority; \- Directly provide consultative guidance to customers for optimal utilization of system features; \- Document support tickets and contribute to continuous product improvement. *Attention: The scope of this role focuses exclusively on application (software) support. It does not involve infrastructure or hardware-related activities.* ***General Information*** We operate under the CLT employment regime, 40 hours per week on-site, from 08:00 to 17:30.
