Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Engineering intern to assist with property inspections and ensure the quality of listings on real estate portals. Key Highlights: 1. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates **good interpersonal skills** and ease working in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * *W*ill assist in inspections of leased and sold properties, issuing photographic reports on property conditions, measurements, installed equipment and furniture, etc.; * Monitor real estate portals and the company's website, ensuring the quality of published listings. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program (from the 3rd semester onward); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Clear communication and strong writing skills; * Organization and attention to detail. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Parque Monte Libano \- Mogi das Cruzes/SP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- with a 1-hour break Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
