**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Resolute Electrical Supervisor** with operational leadership skills. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of electrical and building infrastructure, as well as supervising internal teams and external service providers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Operational supervision:** Coordinate and lead daily activities of the electrical maintenance team. * **Electrical maintenance:** Replace lamps, ballasts, outlets, circuit breakers, and perform general minor electrical repairs. * **Building maintenance:** Carry out minor infrastructure repairs, including basic painting and building finishing knowledge. * **Third-party management:** Monitor, inspect, and validate work performed by externally contracted companies. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields. * **Certification:** Valid and up-to-date **NR\-10** training. * **Experience:** Prior experience in team leadership and building/electrical maintenance routines. * Proactive profile, attentive to safety regulations, and skilled in people management. **Work Schedule and Location (Campinas)** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Working hours:** From 07:00 to 16:48\. * **Lunch break:** 1 hour. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Gross Monthly Salary around:** **R$ 5\.070,00** (Composed of: Base salary of R$ 3\.400,00 \+ 20% functional allowance \+ 30% hazard pay). * **Cost-of-living allowance:** R$ 400,00\. * **Meal Voucher (VR)**. * **Basic Food Basket** (based on attendance). * **Medical Assistance:** Unimed. * **Transportation Voucher (VT)**.
