We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion. **Job Description** * Manage channel content by defining and executing an editorial strategy aligned with the customer journey and brand objectives. * Perform back-office tasks such as updating prices, texts, and images. * Develop and implement technical and content SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility. * Monitor web analytics data to generate insights for optimizing traffic, engagement, and conversion (CRO). * Administer the platform/CMS, ensuring stability, security, performance, and continuous evolution. * Propose UX/UI improvements, ensuring usability and compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG). * Draft and approve briefings for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives, defining content journeys and requirements. **Qualifications** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience managing websites. * Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar). * Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for content. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for technical validation. * Experience working in agile squads (Scrum/Kanban). * Basic knowledge of AEM – Adobe Experience Manager. * Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
