Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing, proposing improvements, developing, and monitoring project schedules; managing indicators; and ensuring execution as planned. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; or completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * AutoCAD; * SketchUp; * MS Project; * Intermediate-level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Interpretation of technical drawings; * Knowledge of Indicator Management; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations; * Develop and monitor project schedules, analyzing risks of delays and alerting leadership to corrective actions; * Prepare and deliver project presentations according to leadership requests and guidance; * Ensure project execution in accordance with the product's initial design; * Complete the project phase and discipline verification checklist; * Complete required REGs (Registration Forms) for each project development phase, ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality guidelines; * Understand and resolve construction site needs regarding projects, specifications, and/or detailing; * Qualify designers (request price proposals, prepare competitive comparison tables, equalize proposals, and validate with coordination); * Analyze area-specific indicators and present action plans to leadership; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and management direction. 251105020223540739
