To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** This role is responsible for assisting with and monitoring implemented Hard and Soft Savings, Opex, and/or Capex projects across all Amcor Brazil business units, and for supporting the management of the project governance model in collaboration with the cost team, reporting monthly savings per project in GSTT, as well as capturing new improvement ideas executed at Brazilian plants, ensuring visibility for these improvements—whether Soft or Hard Savings—aligned with regional and local targets established for each fiscal year. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the project governance model is up to date in GSTT. * Support plants in periodically promoting low-complexity Kaizen projects. * Support Amcor units in maintaining operational KPIs without inconsistencies in SAP postings, validating the Daily Health Check daily. * Support timely monthly reporting of unit KPI closing data. * Support waste mapping and identification in administrative routines and develop action plans for process optimization through system improvements, spreadsheet automation, reports, and controls. * Conduct periodic follow-up with units to monitor progress on the 5-levels Roadmap. * Collaborate with idea-generation sections across units and area leads, assisting in cost assessment and feasibility analysis for implementing new improvement projects. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards, translating data into accurate information for more informed decision-making. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred; **About Amcor** Amcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
