Training and guiding the team, and controlling materials Plan, assign, and monitor daily construction team activities; * Supervise proper use of tools, equipment, and materials; * Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE by the entire construction team; * Identify and report deviations, issues, or risks to the site engineer or foreman; * Train and guide the team on execution methods and standards; * Control receipt of materials and supplies against purchase orders. * Record progress of activities and report to supervision.
